Nate Jackson-Operations Manager/Agent
Nate started with Pine Insurance Agency in 2020. He has been in the insurance industry since 2015. He brings with him a unique combination of experience and skills. Having owned 2 separate small businesses for over 13 years, he understands the ins and outs of running a business. By combining that knowledge with his insurance experience he is able to focus on helping his clients navigate the confusion that can come with understanding business coverages and needs. Although commercial insurance is his specialty, he writes personal lines as well.
In his spare time Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, two of which are in college. His wife and he both graduated from McGregor and enjoy all the area has to offer while spending time with their families and friends.
Traci Juntunen - Agent
Traci started with Pine Insurance beginning of 2022. She brings with her several years of insurance related experience working in marketing, claims, personal lines, commercial lines, specialty and farm policies. She looks forward to getting to meet everyone and give them the best possible customer service experience they can have.
Traci and her husband of 30+ years are empty nesters with 2 grown children and 1 granddaughter. Enjoying life to its fullest and laughing all along the way. She loves shopping, sports, hanging with friends and is up for an adventure at any time.
Katelyn Nelson - CSR
Katelyn started with Pine Insurance in 2023. She is new to the insurance industry but has years of customer service experience. She is the smiling face you will see at the front desk when you walk into our office and the friendly voice you hear when you call. Katelyn also works closely with our marketing department to keep our social media accounts relevant and interesting.
Katelyn is newly married and enjoys spending time with her husband and baby.
Samantha Rosenau - CSR
Sam started in our Pine City office in February of 2024. She will be working in both our Pine City office and Moose Lake office. Sam has been working in the insurance industry since 2021 on the medical side. She is also licensed in property and casualty insurance. With her licensing and experience, Sam will help service our current clients in both personal and commercial lines. She will also be our Moose Lake medical go to. Sam brings years of customer service knowledge with her and will be a great asset to our team and our clients.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, gardening and spending time with her 2 dogs.
