Dale Heille - Agent
Dale started at Pine Insurance Agency when we opened the Ham Lake office in 2008 . Dale writes all lines of insurance but his specialty is in restaurants. He has over 20 years experience owning restaurants so he understands the unique needs they require from an owners perspective. His goal in insurance is to not have an incredibly high volume of clients but instead to offer personal care and attention at a manageable amount. He believes a comfortable environment is essential and invites all his clients to drop in at a moments notice and enjoy a cup of coffee to boot! He doesn't want to offer a Twin Cities volume agency where you feel like a number but instead a small town local agency where your name is always remembered.
In Dale's spare time he enjoys golfing, boating, competitive billiards and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
John Selleck - Agent
John started with Pine Insurance Agency in 2016 when he joined forces with Dale and Mike. Although John was new to the insurance business he brought with him a unique combination of skills including business management, customer service and commercial knowledge. John writes all lines of business but specializes in Contractors and Restaurants. He understands the contractor business so he can ensure that his clients are protected.
In his spare time, John enjoys going to sporting events (GO VIKES!), fishing and spending time with his family.
Justin Lynne - CSR/Agent
Justin started with our Ham Lake office in 2023. Justin is new to the insurance industry but brings with him many years of customer service and management experience. He is passionate about helping our insureds understand their insurance and making sure they have the best coverage possible. He enjoys getting to know his clients, so don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns!
In his spare time, Justin likes spending time with friends and family, playing golf and is a big sports fan.
Tammy Folk - CSR
Tammy started with our Ham Lake office in 2022 as a CSR. Tammy is the smiling face and voice you hear when you stop into our Ham Lake office or call. She is new to the insurance industry but brings with her more than 25 years of customer service skills to our Pine Insurance Family. She's always willing to go the extra mile to find answers for her insured's and to service their accounts.
In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time at the cabin on the lake. She loves spending time with family and friends.
