Pine Insurance Agency is looking for a full-time reception/customer service representative that aspires to support our company and team. Pine Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency that sells personal, commercial, health and life insurance.
We have five locations and are looking to hire in Pine City.
We offer a fun-fast paced work environment with competitive wages and benefits.
Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Wages based on qualifications and experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer & direct phone calls
Assist clients with billing inquiries and payments
Scan/upload documents into management system
Update client information
Other administrative duties as needed
Miscellaneous support of office staff
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience customer service and/or office experience
Excellent computer skills required.
Proficient with office equipment such as computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine, scanner
Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail
Solid understanding of excellent customer service
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative
Self-motivated with a consistent desire to do a good job
High level of work ethic
Willing to get Property/Casualty license in the future
